2004
The company was registered on June 15, 2004, in the High-Tech Zone of Tangshan City, as a joint venture with Tangchi Group. Its primary business focuses on engineering application products such as concrete mixer trucks.
2011
In 2011, state-owned capital withdrew, and the company became a wholly privately-owned enterprise. Coinciding with the historic 4-trillion-yuan stimulus period, the company experienced rapid growth, with annual sales reaching 1 billion yuan.
2012
In 2012, we established an RV project team and began developing RV products to enrich our product portfolio.
2016
Establish the Sanitation Business Division starting with the multi-functional dust suppression vehicle, and develop municipal sanitation products.
2018
Based on the Construction Vehicle Division, RV Division, and Sanitation Division, a Special Vehicles Division has been established, creating a “3+N” development model with sales revenue reaching 1.956 billion yuan.
2019
In 2019, we signed an agreement with the Xincai County government to invest in a factory in Henan Province. In 2020, we held a groundbreaking ceremony and officially began establishing our presence in the southern market.
2023
We are transforming traditional products toward new energy solutions and specializing in niche, high-value products. Grounded in the specialized vehicle sector, we are pursuing a path of specialization, refinement, and innovation across fields such as transportation, public utilities, emergency rescue, and military-civilian integration. In June 2023, Henan Yate officially began production.
2024
In November 2024, Tangshan Yate Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. completed an equity change, with its controlling stake now held 100% by Zhonghai Shengmao Information Industry Development Co., Ltd.
2025
On March 21, 2025, “Made in Tangshan” concrete mixer trucks were exported to Central Asian countries for the first time. This export not only marks the delivery of a product but also represents a breakthrough for the company in enhancing its international visibility and building a more comprehensive global sales network.
