I am Gu Zanyong, General Manager of Tangshan Yate. Looking back at 2025, it has been a year of steadfast action and pragmatic execution for “Xin Ya Te.” Upholding our original aspiration to “bring China’s special-purpose vehicles to the world,” we have delivered impressive results amid the surging currents of the times. This year, our global footprint continued to expand: concrete mixer trucks made their first foray into the Central Asian market, multiple special-purpose vehicles developed in collaboration with FAW Jiefang successfully obtained OTTC certification in Russia, medical vehicles were included in the Red Cross Society’s procurement catalog to serve the African continent, and Ya Te’s presence along the Belt and Road became increasingly prominent. This year, we delved deeply into technological innovation, Patent Grant Volume With steady growth, the “AI + Autonomous Driving + New Energy” demonstration project is progressing smoothly, and more than 200 products across 8 major series are shining in a variety of applications.
This year, the new equity structure has injected fresh vitality, and our collaborative partnerships with renowned domestic and international enterprises have continued to deepen. The “Tangshan Intelligent Manufacturing” model—combining customization with high quality—has earned widespread market recognition. Behind every achievement lies the unwavering dedication and hard work of every member of the Yate team.
Together with 2026—this inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan—is also a pivotal year for YAT to forge deeper strides in intelligent manufacturing and green development. We will remain steadfast in our focus on the core business of special-purpose vehicles, optimizing the collaborative ecosystem across the industry chain, and transforming our annual production capacity of 10,000 units into a higher‑quality driving force for growth. We will continue to cultivate the global market, refining our overseas service network so that more YAT special-purpose vehicles can roam across the globe, thereby contributing solid strength to China’s journey from a “manufacturing giant” to a “manufacturing powerhouse.”
